For more than 50 years, I’ve been buying real estate using both traditional financing and creative strategies.

During that time, I’ve discovered something important. Many people don’t fail to become homeowners because they lack ability. They struggle because they’ve only been shown one road.

Through Escaping Rent, my mission is to help renters discover that homeownership may be more possible than they realize—and help them find the path that fits their unique situation.
